One of my Stretch videos
I have found the stretching is a great way to relax and energize your body. Our bodies work so hard during the day. It is  important to stop our busy lives and focus on calming our bodies down. By taking a few minutes in the morning as well as the evening our bodies will become more flexible and pliable which will help when we age. Our joints become stiff when we are not moving our bodies. To prevent injuries, stretching is the best thing that you can do for yourself. Try taking a few minutes to stretch today! Give me feedback on how you felt.
